Head-to-head Dota 2 7.41f win rate from ranked matches.
In Dota 2 7.41f, Lycan wins the Lycan vs Outworld Destroyer matchup: Lycan beats Outworld Destroyer in 50.11% of 6,643 ranked matches.
Trying to run down Outworld Destroyer during Shapeshift often feels like a coin flip. Lycan has all the speed and physical pressure needed to overwhelm a fragile intelligence hero, but a single well-timed Astral Imprisonment can stall the gank. This wastes precious ultimate duration and allows Outworld Destroyer or his teammates to reposition. Later in the game, Sanity's Eclipse is an effective tool for clearing out the Feral Wolves and other summons, cutting down Lycan's overall damage. The fight depends entirely on who gets the jump and whether key spells are on cooldown, as neither hero has a clear, built-in advantage over the other.
