A successful Reverse Polarity often hinges on what happens next. Against Warlock, this moment is especially tense. Magnus wants to blink in, catch key heroes, and Skewer one back into his team. Warlock, however, excels at punishing exactly this kind of clumped-up aggression. If he isn't caught in the initial stun, he can immediately drop Chaotic Offering and Fatal Bonds on Magnus's team as they collapse on the Skewered target, completely turning the fight around. The whole engagement becomes about whether Magnus can catch Warlock himself.

This creates a standoff where both heroes are waiting for the other to make a move. Magnus has to gamble on finding Warlock with his initiation, while Warlock has to position perfectly to survive it and cast his spells. Neither hero has a clear, built-in advantage.
