Mirana vs Sniper

How this matchup plays

Closing the gap on Sniper is always the goal, and Mirana has the tools for it. A successful Leap puts her on top of him, avoiding his long-range pressure and setting up a close-range Sacred Arrow for the kill. This is harder than it sounds, though. A well-positioned Sniper can often see her coming or use Shrapnel to slow her approach, giving him time to react or get help from his team. The fight often hinges on whether Mirana can find the right moment to commit, making it a very situational and even exchange.

The game then becomes a test of positioning and vision control. Mirana thrives by using Moonlight Shadow to find pickoffs, and Sniper is a prime target for these ganks if he's farming a lane alone. During a full teamfight, however, Sniper can be difficult to reach. If he's positioned safely behind his tanks and supports, Mirana might not be able to jump on him without getting disabled and killed herself. The outcome depends heavily on how each team plays around their hero's preferred fight.
