Morphling vs Snapfire

How this matchup plays

Restricting where Morphling can safely farm is a big part of this matchup. He wants to sit on high agility to clear waves and jungle camps quickly, but this leaves him with very low health. Snapfire is great at punishing this with her magic burst. A well-aimed Mortimer Kisses from off-screen or a surprise Scatterblast can easily kill Morphling before he has time to Attribute Shift back to strength. This constant threat forces him to play much more cautiously, which can slow down his item progression and map pressure.

Because of this, Morphling often has to stick closer to his team or farm less aggressive areas, waiting for key items like a BKB to feel safe. His team needs to provide good vision to track Snapfire's movements and be ready to save him. Snapfire's team, on the other hand, wants to use her ultimate off cooldown to hunt Morphling whenever he shows on a lane. The game becomes about whether Snapfire can successfully disrupt Morphling's game long enough for her team to build a lead.
