Morphling is a slippery carry who shifts between strength and agility and uses Waveform + Morph to dodge spells and reposition. He beats immobile, telegraphed casters: Nature's Prophet, Gyrocopter and Templar Assassin can't catch his shifting HP bar. He's countered by instant lockdown and reflect: Axe Calls him out of Morph, Spectre out-scales and Dispersions his damage, and Nyx Assassin bursts him before he can adapt. Draft tip: Morph is excellent into skillshot-reliant mids; avoid him into Axe, Nyx, or any instant-cast lockdown that beats his reaction window.
