Head-to-head Dota 2 7.41f win rate from ranked matches.
In Dota 2 7.41f, Necrophos wins the Necrophos vs Zeus matchup: Necrophos beats Zeus in 52.31% of 91,756 ranked matches.
Controlling the map often feels more straightforward because of how the laning phase plays out. Zeus wants to harass with spells and force you back to the fountain, but Necrophos can absorb that pressure. The constant healing from Death Pulse allows him to stay in lane, secure farm, and hit his item timings without major disruption. This translates to an earlier power spike and more map presence. While Zeus's high magical burst is always a threat, Heartstopper Aura constantly drains his small health pool in return. Fights become a race where Necrophos can frequently outlast the initial damage and secure a kill with Reaper's Scythe before Zeus can escape or get his spells off cooldown.
