Head-to-head Dota 2 7.41f win rate from ranked matches.

Trying to save yourself with Decrepify often feels like a mistake against a Nyx Assassin. While casting it on yourself will prevent the physical damage from his Vendetta strike, it also makes you take much more damage from his follow-up Impale and Mana Burn. Pugna becomes a sitting duck for the magical portion of the burst. Even if you survive the initial jump, fighting back is difficult. Spiked Carapace is a nightmare for Pugna, as it can instantly stun him and interrupt a critical Life Drain channel. Nyx simply has too many ways to control the engagement and punish Pugna's attempts to respond.
