Outworld Destroyer vs Razor

Thinking Static Link automatically wins the lane against Outworld Destroyer is a common misread of the matchup. While Razor's link does steal damage, OD can use Astral Imprisonment on himself to wait out a chunk of the duration or use it on Razor to prevent the link from even starting. This creates a tense laning phase where both players are waiting for the other to blink first. Razor wants to force a close-range fight and drain OD, while Outworld Destroyer wants to maintain distance and use his Arcane Orb to whittle Razor down safely.

The outcome often depends on execution and which hero gets a slight edge early. A Razor that gets ahead can become too tanky and fast to deal with, running OD down repeatedly.
