Shadow Shaman vs Undying

How this matchup plays

A teamfight often comes down to the placement of Undying's Tombstone. Shadow Shaman provides a direct answer with Shackles, which can kill the Tombstone from a safe distance if left uninterrupted. Hex is also perfect for locking Undying down before he can drop his spells and start a fight. On the other hand, the zombies spawned from the Tombstone can easily swarm and interrupt that channeled Shackle. Repeated Decay casts also make Shadow Shaman too fragile to stand his ground for long, and a well-timed Soul Rip can completely turn around what looks like a sure kill.
