Terrorblade vs Weaver

How this matchup plays

Getting caught by Terrorblade’s Reflection is a nightmare for Weaver. Since Reflection creates a copy of the target that attacks them, Weaver ends up taking huge damage from his own glass cannon build, and the slow makes it much harder to escape with Shukuchi. Even if Weaver manages to burst Terrorblade down, a well-timed Sunder can completely reverse the situation, forcing Weaver to use Time Lapse defensively or risk getting finished off himself. Terrorblade doesn't need a hard stun; his core kit naturally punishes fragile, high-damage heroes who can't easily deal with their own reflection.

Throughout the game, this creates an awkward dynamic. Terrorblade can often farm more confidently, knowing he has a strong defensive tool against ganks. Weaver has to play cautiously, trying to bait out key cooldowns like Metamorphosis or Sunder before fully committing to a fight. He can use The Swarm's armor reduction to soften Terrorblade up for his team, but a one-on-one engagement tends to favor Terrorblade if he has his abilities ready. Weaver’s mobility and Time Lapse keep the matchup from being one-sided, but he’s usually the one who has to play around Terrorblade's timings, not the other way around.
