How this matchup plays

Controlling the map against a Void Spirit becomes nearly impossible for a team relying on Tiny. Void Spirit's entire kit is designed to evade the kind of telegraphed, all-in burst that Tiny depends on. A well-timed Dissimilate makes him completely invulnerable to the Avalanche and Toss combo, leaving Tiny standing there with his main cooldowns spent. Even if the initial spell lands, Resonant Pulse provides a shield to absorb the damage, and Astral Step lets him instantly create distance. Tiny wants to get on top of a target and delete them, but Void Spirit dictates the engagement from start to finish.

This dynamic means Tiny can't snowball effectively. He struggles to find pickoffs on a key enemy core, slowing his own item progression and impact. While Tiny is forced to hunt more elusive supports or play reactively, Void Spirit gets the freedom to farm, pressure towers, and show up to fights on his own terms. Tiny wants to be the one setting the tempo with aggression, but he often finds himself unable to initiate on the hero he needs to kill most, causing his whole game plan to fall apart.
