How this matchup plays

Turning Visage's Familiars against his own team with Winter's Curse is the defining interaction here. A well-timed ultimate from Winter Wyvern can completely neutralize a gank, often killing Visage or his target with his own damage. This forces Visage to be much more careful about committing his birds. The matchup then becomes a game of cat and mouse. If Visage can find and burst down Wyvern before she can react, her main defensive tool is gone. Cold Embrace can save an ally from the initial burst, but it also locks them in place for follow-up. It comes down to which hero gets the jump and can execute their plan before the other can respond.
