Abaddon + Faceless Void

Why this works

Fighting inside a Chronosphere often means Faceless Void is a sitting duck for any area-of-effect damage coming from outside the bubble. Abaddon makes this much safer by putting Aphotic Shield on Void before he jumps in. The shield absorbs damage and its explosion adds to the burst on frozen targets. If Void takes damage, a Mist Coil from Abaddon can keep him topped off from a safe distance without Abaddon having to risk entering the fight himself. This gives Void more confidence to commit to an aggressive ultimate, knowing he has a defensive backup.

This pairing provides a consistent safety net throughout the game. During the laning phase, Abaddon’s sustain can help secure a stable start for Faceless Void. Later on, the enemy team will try to focus Void the instant Chronosphere ends, but the lingering shield and a well-timed ultimate from Abaddon can turn their counter-initiation around completely. While Abaddon doesn't offer any setup for the ultimate himself, his ability to keep Void alive through mistakes or heavy focus is a reliable advantage that smooths out the game plan.
