How Abaddon and Legion Commander perform as teammates in Dota 2 7.41f, from ranked matches.
In Dota 2 7.41f, Abaddon and Legion Commander win 55.70% of ranked matches when playing on the same team, over 15,527 matches.
Trying to save a teammate from Duel becomes a nightmare. Any stun or disable you throw at Legion Commander is instantly removed by Abaddon’s Aphotic Shield, which also soaks up a good chunk of your burst damage. Even if you manage to get her low, a quick Mist Coil brings her health right back up. This protection allows Legion Commander to confidently challenge targets she couldn't otherwise, knowing Abaddon will purge key defensive spells and keep her alive. While you're busy dealing with the shielded Duel, Abaddon is free to run at your backline, making the whole engagement feel hopeless from the start.
