Underlord + Razor

Why this works

Pushing out lanes with Firestorm and Plasma Field can put a strain on your team's economy. Both Underlord and Razor are effective farmers who want to occupy similar, safe areas of the map, which can slow down the item progression for other cores. While Pit of Malice can help Razor connect a Static Link, a rooted enemy can still use items and spells to break the tether or survive the drain. The core kits don't actively amplify each other; instead, they provide two separate, durable frontliners who can feel redundant when trying to secure the same kill.

This pairing often controls the map well but can struggle to close games out. Underlord creates a great frontline and global presence with Fiend's Gate, but Razor often needs more than a root to guarantee he can run down elusive targets. Games frequently hinge on whether this duo can leverage their pushing power to take objectives before the enemy team's carries come online. If they fail to build a decisive early lead, they risk getting outmaneuvered and out-damaged by enemy lineups with better lockdown or more focused late-game damage.
