Underlord + Winter Wyvern

Why this works

Facing a Winter's Curse can feel like a death sentence when Underlord is nearby. The taunted heroes cluster together, creating a perfect target for a follow-up Pit of Malice and Firestorm. This locks multiple enemies in place while burning them down, turning one hero's bad positioning into a team-wide problem. However, the combo has a major drawback: allies can't attack the primary Curse target. This means all of Underlord's powerful area-of-effect damage is only effective on the secondary heroes who are drawn into the fight, not the hero Winter Wyvern initially locked down.

In practice, your team has to pivot its focus entirely onto the secondary targets during the Curse. This can be awkward and often splits your team's damage inefficiently. While the combination excels at creating chaos and zoning enemies, it struggles to burst down a single high-priority hero. Good opponents will also learn to spread out, making it much harder for Winter Wyvern to land a multi-hero Curse in the first place. The success of the combo often depends more on the enemy's mistakes than on your own execution, leading to inconsistent results.
