Why this works

Controlling the map becomes much easier with this pairing. Axe's Berserker's Call provides the perfect setup for Juggernaut's Blade Fury, creating a lethal combination of lockdown and damage that's effective from the very start of the game. An enemy caught by the taunt has no choice but to stand still and take the full spin damage. This simple but powerful combo secures lane dominance and translates directly into early kills. Later on, a good Call can hold targets in place for a devastating Omnislash, ensuring Juggernaut's ultimate gets maximum value.

Because of this constant kill threat, the enemy team is forced to play reactively. They have to respect Axe's position and are often afraid to farm in dangerous areas, ceding map control and farm to Juggernaut. The opposing team's main goal is to survive the initial burst, usually by buying items like Force Staff or Ghost Scepter. For your team, the plan is simple: let Axe find an opening, follow up with Juggernaut's damage, and use the resulting advantage to secure objectives like towers and Roshan.
