Beastmaster + Silencer

Why this works

Stacking big ultimates seems like an easy win, but Primal Roar and Global Silence often do the same job. Beastmaster's Roar is already a BKB-piercing lockdown that shoves other enemies out of the way, creating an isolated pickoff. Adding Global Silence on top of that is usually overkill for securing that one kill. Unless the enemy team has specific long-range saves, you're committing two major cooldowns for a result one of them could have achieved alone. This can feel inefficient, especially when both spells are so valuable for controlling different stages of a fight.

Across the game, this leads to a conflict in priorities. Beastmaster wants to play on his Roar cooldown, constantly looking for openings to run at a target and take an objective. Silencer, on the other hand, often provides more value by holding Global Silence as a defensive reaction to the other team's big initiation. This means they rarely get the perfect overlap they’re looking for. Instead of enabling each other, Beastmaster and Silencer end up playing their own games on the same map, which doesn't lead to any special advantage.
