Bloodseeker + Doom

Why this works

Using Doom on an enemy makes them a prime target for Bloodseeker, as the damage-over-time will eventually trigger Thirst for vision and speed. The problem is that both heroes are specialists at locking down and killing a single hero. Stacking Rupture on a Doomed target is often overkill, as that hero is already silenced, muted, and taking heavy damage. While it guarantees one kill, it means two of your team's most powerful ultimates were used to solve one problem, which can be an inefficient trade in a chaotic fight.

This single-minded focus on pickoffs can become a liability later in the game. A lineup with both Doom and Bloodseeker can struggle if the enemy team decides to group up and force five-on-five fights. The duo's strategy is easily countered by saves, good positioning, and teams that simply have better area-of-effect damage and control. If the initial jump doesn't secure a quick kill and a numbers advantage, your team is left with two heroes whose kits are not ideal for a drawn-out brawl against a full enemy squad.
