Brewmaster + Doom

Why this works

Facing down two major lockdown ultimates can feel overwhelming. The problem is that both heroes often want to do the same job. Brewmaster can use Primal Split to completely control one target with his spirits, while Doom wants to cast his own ultimate on the biggest threat on the map. If they both focus the same hero, it's often overkill, wasting a huge cooldown. If they target different heroes, the rest of the team's focus gets split and kills can slip away. While the idea of disabling two enemies is strong, Brewmaster and Doom don't provide enough coordinated burst damage between them, meaning the openings they create can sometimes go unpunished.
