Clinkz + Drow Ranger

Why this works

Getting a damage boost from Drow Ranger's Precision Aura is a welcome benefit for Clinkz, adding a bit of punch to his attacks and skeletons. That’s about where the direct synergy ends. Both heroes are fragile, physical damage cores that prefer to stay far from the fight and shoot targets that are already held in place. Neither provides the lockdown or frontline presence the other needs to survive. Instead of covering each other’s weaknesses, they often end up competing for the same safe farm and protected positions in teamfights.

This draft style makes the game plan very predictable. The team is betting everything on two glass cannons who need a lot of support. While Clinkz can make good use of the aura to find pick-offs, the lineup is incredibly soft and susceptible to being run over by aggressive enemies who can close the gap. The success of the pairing depends almost entirely on the other three heroes providing all the initiation, control, and durability. Without that, both Drow Ranger and Clinkz are left exposed and unable to execute their similar game plans.
