Clinkz + Faceless Void

Why this works

Getting caught in a Chronosphere creates a perfect window of opportunity for a damage dealer. Faceless Void provides the lockdown, completely freezing a target in place. This lets Clinkz position himself safely outside the bubble and unload a full round of attacks on a helpless enemy. With no need to chase or worry about getting kited, Clinkz can apply his full physical damage output to a single hero, often enough to secure a pickoff before the spell ends and a teamfight properly begins.

The success of this pairing, however, depends heavily on coordination and the state of the game. If Faceless Void catches a durable hero that Clinkz can't burn down in time, the long cooldown can be wasted. Both heroes also require significant farm to hit their timings, and they can sometimes compete for space on the map. Aware opponents will try to play spread out, forcing Void to choose between a solo Chronosphere or saving it. The potential for a clean kill exists, but it's not a reliable plan from one game to the next.
