Clinkz + Hoodwink

Why this works

Setting up a kill with Bushwhack for Clinkz to unload his damage sounds straightforward, but their timing doesn't always align. Hoodwink needs a tree and a bit of setup to land her stun, which can alert enemies to a gank. Clinkz, on the other hand, wants to initiate from invisibility on his own terms. If the stun is too short or the enemy has a way to escape after it lands, Clinkz might be left exposed after committing his spells. The ideal scenario where the stun perfectly holds someone in place for a full Burning Barrage channel is less common than you'd think.

As the game progresses, this pair can struggle with composition. Both heroes are fragile, physical damage dealers who excel at picking off lone targets from the shadows. This means your team might lack a durable front line or the area-of-effect control needed for big teamfights. When the enemy team starts moving as a group, it becomes difficult for either Clinkz or Hoodwink to find a safe opening. They end up playing a similar role instead of covering each other's weaknesses, making the draft feel a little greedy and easy to punish.
