Clinkz + Mirana

Why this works

Setting up a kill with Sacred Arrow seems ideal for Clinkz to unload his damage, and the initial burst from both heroes can be threatening if the arrow connects. The problem is what happens after that stun wears off. The pair offers very little follow-up lockdown to hold a target in place, especially if Clinkz needs to complete his full Burning Barrage channel. Furthermore, much of the value from Mirana's team-wide invisibility is lost on Clinkz, who already has his own stealth ability to engage and escape. This overlap means they don't enable each other as much as you'd expect.

In practice, this combo can find kills on fragile heroes early on, but it struggles as opponents get bulkier and buy defensive items. The success of any gank hinges almost entirely on landing that one stun from Mirana. If the Arrow misses, both heroes are often left in an awkward position without a clear backup plan. In teamfights, they both want to accomplish a similar goal—picking off a backliner—but neither provides the frontline control or defensive support that would let the other do their job more safely and consistently.
