Dazzle + Huskar

Why this works

Pairing Dazzle with Huskar looks straightforward on paper: use Shallow Grave to let him fight at low health. The reality is more complicated. Huskar already gets massive magic resistance from Berserker's Blood when his health drops, so he's naturally durable against spells. Shallow Grave is most useful against the physical burst that can finish him off, but it only delays that threat. Dazzle’s healing can also be awkward, sometimes raising Huskar's health out of the low-HP sweet spot where he gets his attack speed, or interfering with his own Armlet toggling. It's a delicate balance.

In a real fight, Huskar uses Life Break to jump a key target, often deep in the enemy formation. For Dazzle to land a clutch Shallow Grave, he either needs a Blink Dagger or must risk his own life by moving far forward. An aware enemy team will anticipate this play, either by focusing Dazzle first or by simply kiting back for the few seconds Grave is active. The combination can definitely have its moments, but it requires specific timing from both players and can be easily disrupted if the enemy team has a plan to play around it.
