Dazzle + Razor

Why this works

Saving Razor with Shallow Grave while he uses Static Link is the main idea here, but it's not as straightforward as it seems. Razor is already designed to be slippery and survive. He’s naturally fast and tends to build items that make him hard to pin down and burst. So while a last-second Grave from Dazzle can absolutely keep him alive to finish a drain, it's often saving a hero who was already likely to get away. The more consistent help comes from Dazzle’s Poison Touch, which can add another layer of slow to help Razor stay connected, but it's a small boost to what Razor already does well.

Throughout a match, this duo often feels like they're playing separate games. Dazzle wants to stay in the back, managing cooldowns and looking for a clutch save, while Razor is an aggressive front-liner running at the enemy. If opponents commit everything to killing Razor first, then Dazzle can get a perfect Grave on him. Smart enemies, however, will simply see the Grave, switch targets to someone squishier, or disengage from Razor until the effect wears off. The success of the pairing feels less about a specific plan and more about hoping the enemy makes a mistake.
