Death Prophet + Razor

Why this works

Facing a Death Prophet and Razor can look intimidating, since both want to run straight at your team. Their core problem is redundancy. Death Prophet wants the fight to revolve around her Exorcism timing, while Razor wants to isolate and drain a single hero with Static Link. They compete for the same role as a durable front-liner but don't actually enable each other's plans. Razor lacks the lockdown to help Death Prophet, and her Silence isn't reliable enough to guarantee he can maintain his link on a target.

This split focus is easy for opponents to exploit. Death Prophet might use Exorcism as Razor tries to find a Static Link, but they often lack the control to focus one hero down. An enemy team can kite the ghosts, break the link with a simple item or spell, and then turn on whichever hero is more out of position. Without a dedicated initiator to set up a clean fight for them, both Death Prophet and Razor end up looking vulnerable and rarely get to execute their ideal game plan.
