Disruptor + Razor

Why this works

Seeing Glimpse as a setup for Static Link seems like an obvious combination. The idea is to pull an enemy back for Razor to drain their damage. The problem is that a Glimpsed hero arrives ready to act. They can often break the link's tether immediately by running, or simply turn and fight Razor. While Kinetic Field can help hold them, it's a separate cooldown and doesn't guarantee the link stays active. There's not much hard lockdown to ensure Razor gets a full drain, making the pairing less reliable than it looks on paper.

In lane or on single targets, the combo can work out. As the game goes on, however, enemies adapt. They buy Force Staffs or build towards Black King Bar to easily escape the link and the field. A well-timed escape item or spell can completely negate the setup. Disruptor and Razor have to rely on the enemy making a mistake more than forcing a kill. The success of this duo often depends more on the opponent's lack of coordination or escape tools than on the inherent strength of their combined abilities.
