How Disruptor and Timbersaw perform as teammates in Dota 2 7.41f, from ranked matches.
In Dota 2 7.41f, Disruptor and Timbersaw win 46.94% of ranked matches when playing on the same team, over 16,884 matches.
The theory is that Disruptor's lockdown creates a perfect arena for Timbersaw, but they often work against each other. Kinetic Field and Static Storm create a very specific, static kill zone. This is a problem for Timbersaw, who thrives on zipping around fights with Timber Chain and needs to be right on top of enemies to connect with Whirling Death. He often ends up on the wrong side of the Kinetic Field fence, unable to reach the targets Disruptor has trapped. The combo neuters Timbersaw's high mobility, forcing a stationary fight that doesn't play to his strengths at all.
