Disruptor + Void Spirit

Why this works

Setting up a gank with this pair can feel a little disconnected. Disruptor excels at holding enemies in a fixed location with Kinetic Field and Static Storm, creating a kill zone. Void Spirit, however, delivers his damage by constantly moving through targets with Astral Step and repositioning with Dissimilate. While a Glimpse can bring an enemy back for Void Spirit to burst, there's also a risk of their abilities working against each other. Aether Remnant might pull an enemy to the very edge of Static Storm, or Void Spirit might prefer a target that isn't the one Disruptor has pinned down.

Across the game, this means the two heroes often operate independently rather than as a cohesive unit. Void Spirit is self-sufficient, able to find his own pickoffs without needing the long setup from a Disruptor. The success of the combination relies on the enemy team clumping up perfectly for Static Storm, allowing Void Spirit to clean up afterwards. Against more mobile or spread-out lineups, however, each hero tends to revert to their own game plan. Disruptor will look for opportunistic Glimpses while Void Spirit zips around the fight, making the synergy feel incidental rather than planned.
