Ember Spirit + Luna

Why this works

Both Ember Spirit and Luna are fast farmers who can clear waves and jungle camps efficiently. This can secure a lot of the map's resources for your team, but it also means they often compete for the same space. Their kits don't offer much direct setup for one another. Ember's Searing Chains can hold someone down for Luna, but it's an unreliable root that requires a second unit nearby. Similarly, Luna lacks the hard lockdown needed to guarantee a kill for a mobile Ember Spirit who is looking for a target. They mostly play their own games, happening to be on the same team.

A game with this duo often becomes a race to out-farm the opponent. Ember can split the map and create pressure with his remnants, leaving space for Luna to safely farm her core items. In fights, their contributions are separate. Luna wants to plant her feet and deal area damage with her attacks and Eclipse, while Ember dashes in and out with Sleight of Fist. They can overwhelm teams with sheer physical damage from two cores, but can struggle against lineups with good lockdown or lots of armor since their plans don't really overlap.
