Faceless Void + Huskar

Why this works

Dropping a Chronosphere often leaves Huskar in an awkward spot. He can't use Life Break on frozen targets and gets disabled himself if caught inside. His best-case scenario is standing at the very edge, lobbing Burning Spears at trapped enemies. This provides some follow-up damage, but it's a far cry from the massive area-of-effect spells that typically go with Faceless Void's ultimate. It also prevents Huskar from playing his preferred aggressive style of getting in close, which limits his contribution during that crucial window.

The two heroes also operate on different timelines. Huskar aims to hit a mid-game peak and force fights around objectives like Roshan. In contrast, Faceless Void usually wants to avoid those same fights, using the space to farm toward his late-game items. While this can work out by splitting the map, it often leads to situations where the team is forced to fight without its carry, or where Huskar's window of power closes before Void is ready. The outcome often depends on which hero gets to dictate the pace of the game.
