Faceless Void + Shadow Shaman

Why this works

Getting caught in a Chronosphere is already a bad spot, but it's a real problem when Serpent Wards are dropped right on your head. Faceless Void provides the ideal lockdown, preventing any escape or counter-attack inside the sphere. This gives Shadow Shaman a perfect window to deploy his wards, which pump out a huge amount of damage that a trapped hero struggles to survive. Outside of that combo, Shaman’s Hex and Shackles are excellent tools for holding a target in place, allowing Void to close the distance and secure a kill.

The pair can start looking for kills early on, but their real strength emerges once both ultimates are available. They put immense pressure on any objective, as a successful Chronosphere can secure Roshan or break a high-ground defense. Opponents are forced to play reactively, trying to split them up or keep save items like Force Staff ready. Even if a trapped target survives, the combo often forces out crucial items or buybacks, creating an advantage for Faceless Void and his team to press.
