Nature's Prophet + Medusa

Why this works

Facing this pair often feels like you have your pick of targets. The enemy team is usually split, with Nature's Prophet pushing a side lane while Medusa tries to farm safely somewhere else. This invites a coordinated push straight at Medusa. Without the peel from a more conventional teammate, she's vulnerable to being run over long before her Mana Shield is strong enough to matter. Nature's Prophet might secure a tower in exchange, but that's rarely an even trade when your primary win condition is being repeatedly killed.

The core problem is that both heroes want the map's resources for themselves. This duo's game plan relies on surviving a very difficult mid-game where farm is scarce for your own team. While Nature's Prophet applies pressure with Teleportation, the enemy is free to group up and force fights against the rest of your lineup. This forces Medusa into uncomfortable, early skirmishes or requires her to give up objectives. It's a race against time where one side tries to stall for two greedy cores to come online, and the other tries to end the game before that can ever happen.
