Nature's Prophet + Monkey King

Why this works

Picking these two often forces a difficult choice between game plans, as their kits actively work against each other. The most glaring issue is the interaction between Sprout and Wukong's Command. Monkey King needs enemies to be stuck inside his ultimate, but Nature's Prophet's Sprout can easily trap them safely outside the ring, completely wasting the spell. Both heroes also prefer to play from a position of advantage, often by farming aggressively, but they don't provide the reliable lockdown or defensive saves that the other needs to secure that farm safely.

This tension creates a disjointed mid-game. Nature's Prophet is often looking to split-push and apply pressure across the map, while Monkey King wants to group up for a decisive teamfight. When they do fight together, the potential for error is high. Nature's Prophet might try to trap a fleeing enemy, only to block his own team's path or ruin Monkey King's positioning. Instead of enabling each other's strengths, they tend to step on each other's toes, making it hard to execute a clean fight or a coherent strategy.
