Grimstroke + Spectre

Why this works

Accelerating a Spectre's farm is the main goal here. Grimstroke provides the tools to turn her global presence into early double kills. Once Soulbind is available, Spectre can Haunt in on one of the tethered targets and often secure both kills, since they're stuck together. Desolate punishes them for being isolated from their team, and Soulbind punishes them for trying to stick together. A simpler but equally effective combo is casting Ink Swell on Spectre right before she uses Haunt. She arrives on her target with a guaranteed stun and a burst of damage, making it almost impossible for them to escape.

This combo completely changes the pace of the game. Instead of playing defensively and waiting for items, Spectre can be an active threat as soon as she and Grimstroke have their ultimates. The enemy team has to play scared, grouping up to avoid getting picked off by a Haunt-Ink Swell initiation. This surrenders map control, which only allows Spectre to farm more safely and hit her timings even faster. The pressure mounts constantly, and the enemy team often finds themselves too far behind to contest her late game.
