Lich + Mirana

Why this works

Setting up a kill in the lane becomes much more consistent with these two. Mirana's Sacred Arrow is hard to land on its own, but Lich provides two excellent tools to hold a target still. A simple Frost Blast gives enough of a slow for Mirana to aim a close-range arrow. For a guaranteed kill, Lich can use Sinister Gaze to pull an enemy hero back, holding them in place for a point-blank stun. This turns Mirana's high-risk, high-reward spell into a much more reliable source of lockdown, creating pressure from the very start of the game.

This early-game ganking potential can secure a good start for your lane. The combo stays useful for picking off stray heroes across the map later on, and Moonlight Shadow can give Lich the cover he needs to find the perfect position for a big Chain Frost. The main weakness is that both heroes are fairly fragile and the combination relies heavily on landing that initial Arrow. If enemies group up and have ways to save a stunned ally, the duo can struggle to convert their pickoff attempts into real objectives, which keeps the pairing from being a dominant force.
