How Lifestealer and Outworld Destroyer perform as teammates in Dota 2 7.41f, from ranked matches.
In Dota 2 7.41f, Lifestealer and Outworld Destroyer win 56.08% of ranked matches when playing on the same team, over 80,358 matches.
Hiding Lifestealer inside a unit with Infest, and then having Outworld Destroyer use Astral Imprisonment on that unit, creates a reliable way to deliver him into a fight. It’s a classic setup for a gank, letting Lifestealer appear on top of a key target with Rage ready. Beyond this initiation trick, the pair is difficult to itemize against. Lifestealer provides sustained physical damage that requires armor, while Outworld Destroyer melts heroes with pure damage from Arcane Orb. An enemy trying to build defenses against one hero remains vulnerable to the other, which gives your team a consistent advantage as the game progresses.

These rows use the last 30 days of quality-filtered ranked matches, all patches in that span combined — a wider window than the patch-scoped count above, so the per-rank match totals can exceed it.
