Why this works

Keeping a Lifestealer topped up in a fight can be tricky once Rage is down. Pugna offers a solution with Life Drain, pouring a huge amount of health into Lifestealer from a safe distance. This sustain allows the carry to keep fighting and lifestealing long after he would normally be forced to retreat. Pugna’s Decrepify also serves as a powerful, if tricky, defensive tool. While using it on an enemy prevents Lifestealer from attacking them, casting it on Lifestealer himself can save him from deadly physical damage, buying precious time for his cooldowns to reset.

This duo’s game plan revolves around creating an unkillable raid boss. Lifestealer plays as the aggressive front-liner, drawing attention and spells, while Pugna provides support from the back line with heals and magic burst. Enemies have to decide whether to focus the regenerating Lifestealer or the fragile Pugna, who is often punishing them with Nether Ward. The main weakness is coordination; a misplaced Decrepify can easily ruin a kill attempt. This reliance on timing and positioning keeps the pairing from being dominant, but it offers a solid way to protect your main carry.
