Lina + Sniper

Why this works

Facing down a Lina and a Sniper feels like walking into a firing squad, but the enemy team often has a simple answer. Both heroes want to occupy the same space in a fight: the far backline, dealing damage from a safe distance. This creates a composition with a massive weakness. Neither of them provides the durable frontline or strong initiation needed to establish control and create that safety for the other. They are two glass cannons competing for farm and a secure position, which can strain a team's resources and map control from the start.

Once the laning stage ends, this shared vulnerability becomes a real problem. Enemy teams can simply run at them. Without a tanky core to create space or a reliable initiator to lock targets down, both heroes are often exposed. Lina might land Light Strike Array to stun one attacker, but it's rarely enough to save both her and Sniper from a coordinated dive. The game plan for the opposition becomes straightforward: identify which of the two carries is more threatening and jump on them first, knowing the other offers little protection and will likely be next.
