Lina + Io

Why this works

Accelerating Lina's farm and kill potential is the main idea here. Io's Tether gives Lina the health and mana sustain to spam spells, and Overcharge adds a significant damage boost later on. The weakness is that both heroes are fragile. Since Io needs to stay close to maintain the Tether, coordinated teams can often lock down and burst both of them together. This combo also relies heavily on Lina landing Light Strike Array. A missed stun during a Relocate gank can leave both heroes stranded and easily killed, turning a promising play into a disaster.

Successful Relocate ganks can certainly build a lead and secure objectives. The risk is that a failed attempt gives up a lot of farming time and pressure across the map. As the game goes on, the duo operates as a strong single-target burst combo. Experienced opponents will play spread out to deny easy pick-offs, or simply focus down the Io first to disable Lina. The entire game plan often hinges on that initial kill, and it can be unreliable against teams with good vision or defensive abilities.
