Magnus + Tiny

Why this works

Facing down a Magnus and Tiny looks scary, but their abilities often work against each other. Magnus wants to pull everyone together with Reverse Polarity, but a stray Toss from Tiny can ruin the whole setup by throwing a key target to safety. Even when Tiny is meant to be the main damage dealer, giving him Empower is inefficient. His Tree Grab already provides splash damage, making the cleave from Empower redundant, and his naturally slow attack speed means other heroes get much more out of the damage buff.

This leads to a clunky game plan where both heroes want to be the primary initiator. Magnus is looking for a multi-hero Skewer or RP, while Tiny is focused on bursting a single person with his combo. They end up competing for the same space and timing, resulting in messy, uncoordinated fights. An aware enemy team can usually exploit this lack of focus by separating them and dealing with one hero at a time, dismantling their strategy before it ever comes together.
