Marci + Zeus

Why this works

Setting up kills for Zeus with Marci’s Dispose seems like a clear-cut plan. You toss an enemy back, he follows up with a lightning bolt, and the target evaporates. The problem is that their ideal fight patterns don't always align. Marci needs to get right on top of an enemy to initiate, often diving deep into the fight with her abilities. Zeus, however, is most effective when playing from the back line, staying at a safe distance while casting his spells. This difference in preferred positioning can make it difficult for them to coordinate their burst damage on the same target at the same time.

In practice, this means their coordination often feels a step slow. Marci might find a perfect initiation, but by the time Zeus gets into a good position to unload his magic, the moment might have passed. In larger teamfights, Marci will naturally go for the enemy backline, while Zeus might be forced to target the enemy frontline that is threatening him. They both bring a lot of damage, but they don't amplify each other's strengths as much as you might think. The kill attempts are there, but they aren’t guaranteed successes.
