Naga Siren + Shadow Shaman

Why this works

Picking these two heroes together creates a simple but effective game plan centered around ultimate abilities. Song of the Siren provides the perfect setup for Shadow Shaman's spells. The long sleep duration gives him more than enough time to walk into position, place his Mass Serpent Wards around a key target, and then follow up with a full-duration Shackles. This sequence removes the main weakness of Shadow Shaman's channeled spells, which is their vulnerability to interruption, and turns Naga Siren's ultimate into a reliable initiation tool for a guaranteed kill.

This combo puts enormous pressure on the map from the mid-game onward. Opponents have to play cautiously and spread out to avoid getting caught in a multi-hero sleep, but playing alone makes them easy targets for a pickoff. While this is happening, Naga Siren is free to use her illusions to farm the entire map, accelerating her own items. A successful gank almost always translates into a major objective, as the Serpent Wards can be used to push a tower or take Roshan immediately after a kill.
