Night Stalker + Zeus

Why this works

Drafting these two heroes together creates a powerful ganking engine. Night Stalker excels at finding and isolating a target, especially at night with Dark Ascension. His Crippling Fear is the key, as it prevents the enemy from using their spells to escape or retaliate. This creates a perfect window for Zeus to unload his high-burst magical damage from a safe distance, often securing a kill before the silence even ends. Zeus can also use Lightning Bolt to provide vision on a target trying to juke in the trees.

This pressure starts with the first nighttime and rarely lets up. Night Stalker can hunt anywhere on the map, knowing a Thundergod's Wrath from Zeus can help secure the kill or reveal other enemies nearby. In teamfights, Night Stalker’s role is to dive and disrupt the backline. This creates the space and time Zeus needs to stay safe and chain all his spells. The other team is forced into a bad position: either they focus the diving Night Stalker and get worn down by Zeus, or they try to reach Zeus and get picked apart by a rampaging Stalker.
