Pangolier + Shadow Shaman

Why this works

Getting hit by a long-range Shackle feels bad, but it's worse when Pangolier is rolling in your direction. The chain-stun potential is there: Shadow Shaman provides the initial lockdown, and Pangolier follows up with Rolling Thunder for more control and damage. The reverse can also work, with Pangolier's initial disruption creating an opening for a follow-up Hex. However, the combo can be awkward. Pangolier’s bounces are chaotic and can knock targets out of range or break Shadow Shaman's channel. The setup requires good timing to avoid interfering with each other.

In practice, this means their coordination isn't guaranteed. A successful gank usually involves Shadow Shaman catching someone from fog, giving Pangolier a clear runway to roll in. But if the fight is messy, Pangolier's constant movement makes it tough for Shadow Shaman to find a safe spot to plant his feet for a full channel or place his Serpent Wards effectively. They don't actively hurt each other's game, but they also don't consistently amplify each other's strengths beyond what a generic stun hero could offer.
