How Clockwerk and Timbersaw perform as teammates in Dota 2 7.41f, from ranked matches.
In Dota 2 7.41f, Clockwerk and Timbersaw win 42.78% of ranked matches when playing on the same team, over 7,205 matches.
Catching an enemy with a good Hookshot often creates a problem for Timbersaw. Clockwerk wants to isolate that one target inside his Power Cogs, but this trap also blocks Timbersaw from getting a good angle for his own spells or from using Timber Chain to maneuver. Both heroes are durable initiators who want to be in the enemy's face, but their game plans clash. Clockwerk excels at pinning down a single hero for a quick kill, while Timbersaw thrives in messy, prolonged fights where he can zip around the edges. This conflict means they often step on each other's toes, with one hero's ideal setup actively hindering the other's.
