Razor + Silencer

Why this works

Facing this pair in a fight can be very uncomfortable. When Global Silence goes off, there's often no way to stop Razor from walking up and getting a full Static Link channel on a key target. Heroes who rely on blinks or defensive spells are left completely exposed. Silencer can then add Arcane Curse, which slows and punishes anyone trying to cast spells after the initial silence wears off. This creates a window where an important enemy is drained of damage and has few options for escape, setting up a kill for Razor's team.

The effectiveness of this combo really depends on item timings and positioning. If enemies can survive the Global Silence duration and have items like Force Staff or Eul's Scepter to break the Static Link, the whole plan falls apart. Both Razor and Silencer can be vulnerable to being jumped themselves, especially if the enemy team gets Black King Bars to ignore the initial control. It's a strong setup for a pickoff, but it isn't a guaranteed teamfight win, which is why the pairing doesn't create a decisive advantage.
