How Timbersaw and Undying perform as teammates in Dota 2 7.41f, from ranked matches.
In Dota 2 7.41f, Timbersaw and Undying win 44.95% of ranked matches when playing on the same team, over 18,681 matches.
Struggling for map control often defines games with this pairing. Both Timbersaw and Undying want to be aggressive frontliners who create space, but they end up competing for the same farm and lane priority. Undying hits his peak very early with Tombstone and Decay spam, wanting to force fights immediately. Timbersaw needs more levels and a few items before he can truly dominate with his pure damage and mobility. This timing conflict means the duo can't apply consistent pressure. One hero is always playing at a weaker point in their curve, making it hard to secure objectives or win decisive teamfights, since their strengths don't really build on each other.

These rows use the last 30 days of quality-filtered ranked matches, all patches in that span combined — a wider window than the patch-scoped count above, so the per-rank match totals can exceed it.
