How Timbersaw and Ursa perform as teammates in Dota 2 7.41f, from ranked matches.
In Dota 2 7.41f, Timbersaw and Ursa win 44.98% of ranked matches when playing on the same team, over 15,121 matches.
A mid-game teamfight often highlights the core issue here. Ursa wants to blink on a support and burst them down immediately, while Timbersaw wants to engage in a long, drawn-out battle, wearing down the enemy front line with his spells. They operate on completely different timers and with different target priorities. Timbersaw's area damage from Chakram doesn't hold enemies in place for Ursa to connect, and Ursa’s single-target fury does little to set up for Timbersaw's sustained damage. This leaves the pair feeling disconnected, as they both demand farm and attention but fail to combine their strengths, making it easy for enemies to split them up.
